Cemetery (1890)
Goodsprings Cemetery

While it is impossible to replicate the cemetery on the web, this is an attempt to give you an idea of how the graves are organized. If you have loved ones buried here, we hope you can find them. If unmarked graves are recognized, please let us know who they are.
Thanks to Gerry Perry, Nevada Tombstone Project Manager (Nevada Tombstone Registry).

Tombstone Photos by row: Row A, Row B, Row C, Row D, Row E, Row F, Row G, Row H, Row I, Row J, Row K, Row L & Fence line
The Fayle family plot has members in both Row D and Row E, which include persons not in the Fayle plot.
George Fayle built the Goodsprings Hotel in 1916; the town of Jean NV was named after Jean Fayle.
There are many unmarked graves in Row F.
Very old fenced in crosses are found in Row G.
The Price family plot is in Row H.
Norman Price built the Goodsprings Schoolhouse in 1913
At the Childress plot, a view of Row I, Row J, Row K and Row L is seen.
Scattered unknown graves are indicated in the East & South Fence areas.
Pictures were taken over Memorial Day week of 2007 then sent to Gerry Perry and documented in GS Cemetery07. There are suspicious looking graves where no dirt has been dug and we have had at least one hoax.
Please honor our dead and stop ludicrous day and/or night visits to our cemetery.
